The EasyPay system is well-known to all Ukrainians because its self-service terminals are in a huge number of stores and public places. But terminals are just the beginning. In fact, it is a huge payment network adapted for various platforms and offers payments for thousands of different services. EasyPay provides enormous opportunities, but it is worth understanding its functionality and features.

EasyPay – What Is It?
First, it’s important to clarify what it is not. EasyPay is not a bank or a transfer system. It started in 2007 as a payment system but has grown into a large company with original projects, such as a mobile app for payments. The modern system offers thousands of payment types and banking operations, collaborating with Apple Pay and Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard, and others.
EasyPay Services
It all started with terminals for mobile phone payments. Today, EasyPay has several main service areas:
- Conducting payments for services and goods;
- Money transfers between cards, by requisites, or cash-to-card via terminals;
- Working with payment terminals and online payment capabilities for businesses;
- Serving government projects, such as “eMalyatko”.
An ordinary person can use the EasyPay service to:
- “Top up” a card, for example, to pay off a loan;
- Pay for any services, including utilities or insurance;
- Buy transport tickets;
- Pay fines;
- Make purchases.

Service allows transfers or deposits to accounts at any time of the day. At the very least, it removes dependence on bank branch schedules.
Are There Any Drawbacks to EasyPay?
Of course, every system has flaws, and EasyPay is no exception. Clients often worry about:
- Quite high commissions at EasyPay;
- Dirty or “laggy” terminals;
- Slow processing of funds.

Login to EasyPay
You can use EasyPay services without registration or any login. But registration offers a number of advantages. For example, you can transfer larger amounts or create a personal account where the system will track the formation of utility bills and remind you when to pay. You can create an account on the system’s website. In the top right corner, there is a registration button. After clicking it, you need to follow a few steps:
- Enter your mobile number;
- Wait for the SMS;
- Enter it in the appropriate field;
- Create a strong password and confirm it;
- Provide your full name and email;
- When the email arrives, follow the link within two days to confirm the registration.
Another way to log into the system is EasyID or authorization via Diia. It is done at the terminals during the payment process. After selecting the service and entering the details, you need to click “Increase Limit”. The system will then offer a series of steps:
- Enter your phone number;
- Confirm your identity through Diia by clicking the “Verify” button;
- Scan the QR code on the terminal screen and follow the link;
- Confirm the transfer of your passport copy;
- Complete all tasks the app displays on your smartphone screen;
- Scan another QR code, which acts as your signature.
Authorization in the app is practically the same. Find the “Verification” button in the “Settings” section and follow everything the app suggests after that.

Conclusion
EasyPay is currently the largest non-banking financial company, having long surpassed the boundaries of a payment system and become a true leader in offline (through terminals) and online payments.
